By commissioning me, purchasing an adopt, or otherwise doing business with me, you agree to these terms. Statements are subject to change if discussed with me, the artist, before hand.

Please speak to me in a respectful manner! I will not tolerate being blatantly disrespected.

Please only speak to me about your commission while you are in a coherent state. Please just let me know if you need more time to get back to me!

absolutely no NFT or otherwise cyrpto-currency can be made or associated with my art.

Please mind my blacklist. Do not purchase anything for someone on my blacklist- this will result in you being placed there as well. Review my blacklist before commissioning me!

Payment is ALWAYS done through a paypal invoice, BEFORE work on your commission begins! I do not do payment plans at this time!

An invoice is not sent until the pieces' price has been fully calculated + reference sheets have been sent.

We will discuss your commission in DMs! Either twitter or discord.

I will gather your reference sheet, commission details, and paypal email. I will need any commission details and reference sheet first, since I have complexity fees, prop fees, etc.! Complexity fees only typically apply to heavily detailed ocs, protogens, etc. I don't charge fees for clothing!

You will be put on the trello, where I can flick you between the proper lists!

I'll send you the sketch and if it's okayed, I'll start on the lines. Once the lines are done and okayed, I DO NOT offer refunds UNLESS I cancel your commission, or fail to communicate past the turnaround date. I don't typically need to check in after lines unless I have a question!

Once the piece is done, I will give you the finished piece and any alternate pieces I'd made, either over discord or via a link to a sta.sh folder!

I will fix any mistakes I have made! Drastic changes however will cost you extra ($10-20 depending on complexity).

Mobility and Medical aids (canes, wheelchairs, etc) do not cost a prop fee.

Unless spefically asked not to do so, I will use your art in my advertisements/examples

If asked to do so, I will credit you whenever your OC is posted. Otherwise, I will never claim your OC as my own!

You are allowed to make PERSONAL use items with my art (charms, shirts, etc etc) as long as you are not making a profit off of it.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

Tracing the artwork in any way without my, the artist's, consent or permission.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time, especially if I feel you have been hostile or disrespectful.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after lines have been made.

If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers as a YCH (your character here)

You will be forbidden from ever commissioning me ever again.

Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.

I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

All copyright, payment, and basic terms of service/rules apply.

YCHS don't have any check ins unless I feel the need to check something!

Characters that make me have to completely re-do lines (protogens, furr-less dragons, etc) will have a $10 fee!

Usually I am willing to change any details, such as the colors, or add tiny details! just ask!

YCHs are typically done in a few days unless my queue is long, please still give me ~2 weeks!

YCHs can also be used for personal use, charms, etc!

Prop addons, such as clothes or accessories (piercings exempt, glasses, or medical aids exempt) are an added $5!

I will ask you for any ideas you have! Species, colors you prefer, themes, etc etc! Preferably, I'd like any details you possibly think of!

A basic sketch will be made! and after that, lines! just like with art commissions, refunds are not given past this point unless there are specific circumstances!

I will toss up some design ideas! You can ask for 3 small changes before it starts to cost a fee, and any total redesigns will cost a fee. When the design is finally okayed, I will polish it up and finish the piece, then have it sent your way!

These rules apply to adopts, freebies, customs-- and anything else involving an OC I created.

You must have a toyhou.se to adopt! If you don't have one, I will provide you with an invite code! This prevents any confusion of a stolen character if it comes right from me as seen in transfer history. If you are going to delete your account or transfer it, please transfer or sell the design! You can hand it off to a friend or even myself for storage. I will not use your character.

DO NOT DELETE / REUPLOAD CHARACTERS !! this erases the history of ownership and will erase its authentication as a cvpidletters design.

Once you purchase a design from me, that design belongs to you completely. You have the complete right to sell, trade, or gift the design, make alternate palettes and versions, etc. You may not sell alternate designs of a character seperately. Please don't sell my designs than you purchased for UNLESS more art has been added!

I do not mind if you change anything about the design. As long as the design is still recognizable, you are good to go! That being said-- should you change the design YOU ARE STILL REUQUIRED TO CREDIT ME AS THE DESIGNER.

Holds are +$5 per day held!

Payment is due before I send you the character. Due to the low price my adopts tend to be, I do not accept payment plans aside from holds!
